Gareth Griffiths has been an integral part of the RBL team for over 21 years. During his tenure, Gareth has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in ground engineering. His journey with RBL has seen him evolve from various roles, including National Foundations Manager, a position he held for six years, and Sales Manager, showcasing his versatility and commitment to excellence.
Over the past three years, Gareth has driven success through his leadership of the Midlands & East Anglia region, managing a diverse range of projects from small-scale restricted access piling schemes to large, multimillion-pound residential developments. His extensive expertise in navigating the unique ground conditions across these regions has been pivotal in the successful delivery of numerous projects.
