Foundation Engineering contractor Roger Bullivant Limited (RB) has appointed geotechnical engineer Cliff Wren as Managing Director.
Cliff was previously major projects director at sister UK company Bachy Soletanche and brings a wealth of ground engineering experience to the role.
During his time at Bachy, Cliff was instrumental in the delivery of major developments including the Lee Tunnel and Tideway East.
Before Bachy, Cliff has worked for Keller in Australia; NSCC International in Abu Dhabi and at Balfour Beatty in the UK. He is also no stranger to RB having worked as an Associate Director over eight years ago.
Cliff said he was looking forward to the challenges of taking over the reins at a major construction company.
“The opportunity to lead an exciting and dynamic company doesn’t come around very often and am really looking forward to taking the business on its next journey, “he said.
“As a market leader in the UK foundations industry, RB has a reputation for innovation in both manufacturing and foundation design. I want to build on that,” he added.
Like Bachy Soletanche, Roger Bullivant is also part of the global Soletanche Bachy group, which in turn is part of the worldwide VINCI group.
