WHAT WE DO
DRIVEN PRECAST CONCRETE PILES
Driven precast concrete piles are the most versatile, cost-effective deep foundation solution, suitable for most ground conditions. Designed and manufactured in-house in varying segmental lengths to reach required depths, thereby minimising waste and improving cost-effectiveness.
CHD PILES
RB Continuous helical displacement (CHD) Piles form a cast in situ pile without producing any spoil, an ideal solution for contaminated sites. CHD is often a popular choice in reducing waste going off-site, vibration and noise pollution.
CDA PILES
RB have developed an innovative high production cast in situ displacement piling solution. CDA offers an alternative method to traditional CFA piles, providing a more practical and cost-effective solution for your project. CDA piles are straight shafted bored displacement piles which provide enhanced capacity when compared to traditional auger techniques along with generating minimal spoil.
CFA PILES
Continuous flight auger (CFA) piles are a quick and economical solution suitable for most ground conditions and construction projects. This method is one of the quietest forms of piling which is virtually vibration free. Ideal solution for projects in urban locations where noise levels need to be kept to a minimum.
PRECAST GROUND BEAM SYSTEM
RB’s precast ground beam system (RBeam) is a highly engineered foundation solution. A non-weather dependant solution designed to improve installation time while minimising waste compared to trench fill foundations. This technique is suitable for use in residential and commercial building projects.
VIBRO STONE COLUMNS
Vibro stone columns are a quick and cost-effective foundation solution. Targeted to enhance density and soil strength in weak and made ground conditions and settlement characteristics. An economical and sustainable alternative to deep foundation piling. Vibro stone columns do not produce any spoil.
SECTIONAL FLIGHT AUGER (SFA) PILES
Mini Sectional Flight Auger (SFA) piling is an auger bored replacement pile solution for restricted access piling which provides the ability to install piles in low headroom or restricted-access sites.
OVERBURDEN DRILLING SYSTEM
Overburden Drilling System is a drilling method, suitable for boring through boulders and rock strata. This is a deep foundation solution which supports structures with heavy vertical loads. A bored pile is a cast-in-place concrete pile.
