Ground engineering company, Roger Bullivant takes home ASUC 2020 award for the best-trained workforce for the restricted access and piling division. ASUC is an independent trade association originally formed by several leading contractors to promote professional and technical competence within the subsidence industry.
The award celebrates best practice in the industry and ensures high standards of workmanship and the continuing development of the workforce through training.
Roger Bullivant is the parent company to the Construction Industry Training Academy (CITA), based at South Derbyshire in Swadlincote. CITA provides quality training for all RB employees and the group and also offers training to external clients.

Gary Davies, CITA Training Manager added “We arrange and deliver an average of 2,000 training courses throughout the year for the group and external clients. The training team works incredibly hard to mentor, train, and guide trainees to ensure they pass both theory and practical tests. We are proud to achieve this award which recognises the quality and standards we provide throughout the UK.
